In the unlikely event that you need to return your item then please do so in or with its original packaging, the eBay invoice that was enclosed with the item and your reason for returning it. Please drop us an email to let us know it's on the way back to us so we can keep an eye out for it and deal with the situation as quickly as we can!
You, as the buyer, will be responsible for payment of the return postage.
We will offer an exchange if the item is still in stock (and post it to you free of charge!), or a full refund including postage if an exchange is not possible.
