| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, just send it back to us in the original packaging in the condition it was received in, within 14 days and we’ll be happy to refund the purchase price or replace the item. (Unless damaged, P&P must be paid for by the purchaser for sending and returning). |
| Q:Do you combine postage? |
|
| A:Please contact us regarding combinable purchases - reduction in postage will be applied where possible but this does depend on the weight of items being posted. |
| Q:When will my order arrive? |

| A:One to two working days,depending on postage class (please see individual listing for details). All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. |
| Q:I cannot find the toy I am looking for, can you get it for me? |

| A:Yes we probably can, our suppliers range from wholesalers to large companies like Djeco, John Crane, Manhattan Toys. Please bear in mind that we may have to order a lot of products to purchase your toy so it may take some time before we take delivery and then despatch to you. |
| Q:What payment methods do you except? |

| A:We would prefer our customers to use Paypal as we have found this to be much simpler system to use for payments. We do however also except cheques, postal orders and credit card payments. For details please contact us.
Paypal have a SSL Certificate through Verisign Secured. |
| Q:Can I pay the order over the phone? |
|
| A:Yes, we do have the facility to do this. We only take phone payments from 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday. Orders can be placed during other times but payment will need to be made during the times stated. |
