We would like to promise our customers that all orders are delivered within forty-eight hours as ninety percent of our orders are. We always do our best for our customers.If an item is thought to be faulty or damaged you should notify us as soon as possible with your transaction details and a description of the fault/damage, before sending the item back to us in the original packaging where possible. All refunds and replacements are at the discretion of The Hydroponics Shop after an assessment of the damage has been carried out. If valid we will send the item back to our suppliers and send a replacement out next day delivery where possible free of charge. Please note, all returns sent back to us are sent at the customers cost, but we will cover the cost of sending any replacement items. If you have bought the item in error please notify us at your earliest possible conveniance, we will be happy to refund you upon return of the item in its original state.
