Payment
1. We accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques from the United Kingdom only.
2. All International orders Paypal payment only.
3. Please pay within 3 days of purchase, if however there is a reason why it will be longer for you to make payment using paypal, a simple email letting us know will suffice, we do understand that sometimes people are waiting for funds to clear into their account.
4. If you are in the United Kingdom and are paying by post, please email us and let us know.
Postage
1. We post 6 days a week
2. All our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance
3. Postage for the United Kingdom is always by first class Royal Mail
4. Postage for International Orders is by Airmail
5. We weigh all our products before listing, so that the postage costs are accurate. These costs include packaging - Jiffy bags, envelopes and other materials we may use are not free. We are currently trying to source packaging materials that are made from recycled paper or tree-free alternatives like kenaf.
6. We obtain confirmation of posting on all our orders, so they can be tracked through the Royal Mail process.
Returns
We offer a 14 day returns policy, if you are unhappy for some reason with your purchase, please contact us to help resolve any problem you may have, we offer a full refund policy or replacement depending upon the problem encountered. We track all our items through the Royal Mail and these can be tracked if an item as gone missing, If you have any concerns please contact us before leaving feedback.
