1. Where is my order?
Any order placed by 10.30am (UK time) Monday to Friday will be sent out first class or airmail the same day. Although most first class items arrive the following day some do take a little longer, particularly as we are posting out from the north coast of Scotland. If your item hasn't arrived 2 weeks from the posting date, please get in touch and we'll sort out a replacement or refund for you.
2. Do you have a real shop I can visit?
Not at the moment, though now we've settled in one place it's a possibility for the future.
3. Can I return an item I've bought from you if it's not faulty?
Almost certainly, yes. We appreciate that buying beads and findings online is always a bit of a gamble and because of that, our returns policy is very relaxed. Basically, if it arrives and you decide you don't like it or it's not what you expected, just post it back and send us a message to let us know it's on its way. We recommend getting a certificate of posting though, as items do occasionally go missing in the post.
4. Why don't you stock X, Y, Z?
We've decided to expand slowly rather than stocking everything straight away. If there's anything you want and can't find, use Ask Seller A Question on any item to send us a message and if it's something we can get hold of from our suppliers, we'll start stocking it.
