Return Parcel Charge
Occasionally customers fail to pick up their order from the local depot once the initial delivery attempt has been made if they were out. After a week the parcel is shipped back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery charge to dispatch the goods back out is not subsidised
If you fail to collect your parcel after 7 days from being at the Business Post depot or for any reason your parcel has been sent back to us a redelivery charge will be applied
Business Post International Parcels shipped overseas that are returned to us incur a £30 charge.
Customer Exchanges and Faulty items
If you return an item because you don't want it and you want an exchange the redelivery charges apply.(Standard)
Faulty Items
If you (the customer) return an item for an exchange due to a fault their is no charge for sending a new item back to you.
If you Purchase from The Goddess Spot and send an item back claiming it is faulty and it is in fact alright once checked redelivery charges apply to return the item to you.
Cancelled Orders
If an order is cancelled after dispatch the full delivery charge (not the subsidised charge) will not be refunded.
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable unless faulty.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.
