More recently we have predominantly become web based starting our ebay store in February 2008, becoming a powerseller within two months and lauching our own site in February 2009.

We also stock an ever growing range of official licensed merchandise for the big two in Scotland, Glasgow Rangers and Celtic.
In addition we also stock official football club merchandise for the Home Nation National sides, a selection of Championship Clubs and a growing range of souvenirs and gift ideas from the top european clubs, including FC Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid.

DELIVERY
We usually despatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment. However, if you order after 3pm GMT on Fridays, then it maybe the following Monday before your order is despatched.
Standard delivery within the UK is offered via Royal Mail's 1st Class Delivery system, for which proof of postage is always retained in the rare case of lost mail. However for peace of mind we also offer delivery via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery system, which allows a web based 'Track & Trace' function via each item's unique 13 digit reference number. For further details, see the Royal Mails Website. If an item cannot be signed for (say, for example, nobody is in at the time of delivery) you will be left a note by the postman for collection from your local sorting office. Any items not collected after a couple of weeks are returned to us and are subject to a redelivery fee.
Overseas delivery is provided, virtually anywhere in the world, by Royal Mail's 'Airmail' service. This aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five. Please note that the only form of tracking this service affords us is a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office in the UK. Any domestic handling is then undertaken by your country's own mailing system. We do offer further optional insurance for the arrival of your item via Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service, which takes a signature at the point of delivery.
When will my order arrive after it has been despatched
- UK: 1-3 days (Depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout)
- Europe: Approx 3-7 Days
- United States & Canada: Approx 5-10 Days
- Australia,Japan & the rest of the world: Approx 7-10 Days

COMBINED POSTAGE DISCOUNTS
We always try to combine multiple purchases to reduce the postal cost. However the ebay postage system is hard to understand and use. It is advisable to contact us direct before purchase to gain a postage quote, however if you do overpay on postage we are a responsible retailer and we always refund you.
As a rule combined postage is worked out by taking the most expensive postal item ordered and then 50p per additional item. This can differ depending on what items you have ordered (either up or down), so please if you have any queries about combined postage please contact us direct at thefootiestore@btinternet.com or through the ebay messaging service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We Try and accept all payment methods available to meet our customers satifaction. Currently we accept Paypal, Nochex, Postal & Money Orders and Personal Cheques(UK CUSTOMERS ONLY). Credit and Debit card payment can be taken through the Nochex payment system (we will send you a request for the total due) or alternatively through paypal. However it is quick and easy to sign up for a paypal account at www.paypal.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisified every time you shop with us and so our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt.
If the goods are damaged or doesn't match the description we will of course refund you in full (including postage fees), If you simply do not want to keep the item then a refund of the sale price will be refunded.
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
