We understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with the purchase you have made, the item may not fit or you simply changed your mind. You can return any item purchased from The Fashion Embassy for up to 14 days from the date you receive your item as long as they are 'as new', which means:
|

A. Goods must be unused and in the same condition as purchased with all packaging and tag attached.
|
| |
B. We won't be able to refund the item until we have received the parcel back and it has been inspected by our Returns Department. All returns will be processed within 10 working days or as soon as practically possible.
|
| |
C. We won't be able to refund if your returned item is lost in the post.
|
| |
Simply return your item along with the completed Returns Form which will be enclosed with your purchase.

| HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE |
|
|
1: Request a Return Merchandise Authoraization (RMA) number within 14 days of recieving your order, by emailing rma_ebay@thefashionembassy.com.
2: Complete your return form with your RMA number and sign it.
3: Return your item in the post specifying on the returns form which item you wish to exchange with.
4: When we receive your return and it is processed we send out your replacement item with free standard postage (if it is still in stock).
5: If the exchange item is more expensive you need to pay the difference, if it is less we refund the difference.
6: You will be notified by email once your return or exchange has been received and processed.

| REFUND 'BUY IT NOW ITEMS' |
|
|
If you have purchased a Buy It Now item and are not 100% happy, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt of your item to arrange a full refund (excluding postage). Items must be returned in their original condition (no cigarette, perfume smell, make-up marks etc).
All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser, within 14 days from receiving the returned items.

| FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS |

In the rare cases where we send an item that is faulty or incorrect simply return your item using our Returns Form and we will either give you a full refund or send out a replacement (subject to stock). Return postage by First Class Recorded delivery is your responsibility, but we will refund the cost of your return postage on receipt of your returned item.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
