We are happy to rectify any genuine issue you have if we are contacted. Please do not use feedback to communicate as it will not work that way.

Our feedback is clearly displayed and will never be private. We kindly ask that you read all the negative feedback before you judge us by looking at the numbers. Negative feedback received is usually from non paying bidders, slow payers who are not happy that the unpaid alerts were opened, customers who returned items worn or damaged and refunds were refused and customers who are simply not prepared to have their issues solved.

Please note that if customers do not pay for the items they won / ordered, unpaid strike will be issued. Once it is issued it will not be removed.

We can ensure you that the quality of our garments are as advertised. Though we need to make this clear that some materials are very delicate such as silks. Some qualities are not designed to be pulled or it may cause rips in the material. This does not mean the material is not of good quality. Please handle delicate garments with care.

Please do understand the nature of fabric when you purchase a garment. For example different materials may not be exactly the same colour as they have different properties and hold the colour differently when dyed.

Mistakes unfortunately happen sometimes. Please let us know if you are concerned that there has been a mistake with your transaction and we will do all we can to rectify the mistake.
