Who are we?
The Duncannon Partnership is the UK agent for Lighthouse and Hawid. Anyone with knowledge of philately will know and understand that these two names are synonymous with detail and quality.
We are, and have been, in Reigate, Surrey (6 o'clock on the M25) for over 50 years. Our business, formerly known as Lighthouse Publications is one of the most established Philatelic and Numismatic Stationery suppliers in the UK. Thousands of satisfied customers over the years are proof enough that you can buy from Duncannon with complete confidence.
Postage charges and service - UK only
Orders are sent out by Parcel Force 24 hour service (or other nominated carrier) unless the weight is less than 2 Kg in which case they will be sent by Royal Mail contract letter post. Overseas orders will be sent at cost and either by small packets service or by International Scheduled. Please note that surcharges may apply to customers in the following regions: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Scilly Isles. If this surcharge applies, we will contact you to advise the additional cost and you then have the right to cancel your order at this stage.
We calculate postage by weight, size and value of the sale item. What we do not do is load postage charges for profit purposes.
Processing of orders
We aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 1 – 2 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and advise you within 1 working day of your order. You may cancel your order at this stage by emailing us through the correct Ebay channels.

We accept Paypal, personal cheques and credit cards. Phone 01737 244222 if you wish to pay by your own card or send us a cheque.
Returns and refund policy
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We do not collect goods.
We advise for your own protection to retain a proof of postage in case the goods are damaged or lost in transit. Duncannon requests that goods should be returned in their original sealed packaging where possible. Goods must be unused, and unsoiled and in re-saleable condition.
If you have ordered something in error and wish to return it for a refund, we will deduct ebay and paypal fees (if applicable) from the total.

 | We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after being notified of them. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Duncannon shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify Duncannon within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
Duncannon does not accept liability for goods delivered to Work/Alternative addresses given by the cardholder which has been signed for other than the card holder.
