Please take the time to read this and agree to it ALL before buying ANYTHING . We have now well over 14,000 separate, individual, personally satisfied Ebay customer transactions to date and a few you could never please... we pride ourselves on VALUE FOR MONEY and NEXT DAY POSTAL SERVICE.
Many items are now Frre Post I try to be fair with my listings, the postage and handling charges obviously reflect our quick turnaround service and can be combined and are actively encouraged for OVER 2 ITEMS PURCHASED. PLEASE request a total BEFORE paying through Paypal if your total purchase is for more than two items.... We try to pack and post out EVERYDAY, Apart from weekends The majority of our customers are thrilled with the quick turnaround delivery service that we provide,which often gets mentioned with high praise in our much appreciated feedback from our Ebay customers. We have to employ staff to wrap pack and take to post office So please dont moan about our postage and handling charges after bidding, paying and receiving your items,which has happened lately with the ever increasing "impossible to please low user moaners and groaners" out there who expect tax paying, law abiding businesses like ours to perform for free. We have ever increasing Ebay and Paypal's fees to meet, also warehouse overheads and obviously experienced staff to pay, and they, quite rightly, refuse to work for nothing, not even for Ebay Customers! We totally refuse to be liable for items "LOST" or "MISLAID" or "DIDN'T ARRIVE" or simply "STOLEN" from inside the postal service,so we have now come up with a much fairer system for all concerned, if you pick standard postage we are no open to people saying didn't arrive ect!!! not our fault... special delivery or Parcel Force 48... covers insurance for your new goods Contrary to belief.....The Post Office or Ebay do not recognise a receipt of postage as proof of arriving....Only " registered signed for " postage. all purchased registered post will be optionally offered. But....if not taken up...its only fair we are not liable. Obviously, as before, proof of posting is always acquired free of charge. So...this bottom line is, IF YOU WANT EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY AND NEXT DAY SERVICE BUY IT NOW And choose special deliver Thanks for your time Sorry about this...but, we do not suffer from unsure users and we like to be clear from the start..... ;0) |

Terms & Conditions
Returning the goods.
· All return should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in no refund being given.
· Before sending the goods back to us please email to obtain a returns authorization number.
· You will need to confirm your ebay ID, ebay item number, postcode and reason for return.
· You will need to include this returns number on the parcel and the reason for return stating whether you require a refund or replacement, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
· Please note that goods returned to us must be in resalable condition. They must include all items of the packaging and be packed in the manner they were dispatched; in the manner you would expect to receive it. For reasons of hygiene Hats, wigs, tights, eyelashes, and masks cannot be returned.
· When returning the package please use a tracked service for your own assurance and peace of mind. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Under no circumstances are we responsible for costs incurred in returning the package.
Returns – Faulty Goods
Faulty Goods, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the product. Please see instructions above on how to return your goods. Once we have received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item and the postage costs or re send another new product to you.
Returns – Wrong Size
Should a product be the wrong size due to us sending the wrong size to you in error, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the product. Once we have received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item and the postage costs or re send another new product to you.
If the item is the wrong size and we have fulfilled the order correctly. We will happily replace your item for the correct size if you return the original at your cost and pay an additional nominal postage charge for us to re-send…
Returns – Cancelled Order
If you need to cancel your order before we have shipped your goods no charges will be incurred. If we have already shipped your item you should let us know immediately as we will happily exchange the product. Please note the instructions above. Once we have received your goods in resalable condition we will re send another new product to you. We do not give cash refund if you have ordered the wrong size, we gladly replace with alternative size.....
late Delivery
If your goods arrive with you after your party date and we are at fault i.e. we have not sent your item to you in a timely manner or the courier (not royal mail this is not a guaranteed delivery date service) is at fault by delivering the item in an untimely manner, you can return the items as described above and we will refund you not including the postage charge you paid on purchase. we do not refund postage costs incurred by you for return of the goods.
If the goods arrive with you after your party date and you are at fault, for example, by choosing a first class service rather than an upgraded next day service or you are unavailable for delivery and the item is returned to us from the courier company, then we will refund you the purchase price you paid minus a 20 percent re stocking charge and postage costs incurred by ourselves to send the item to you.
Payment
Please make sure you add purchase details to all payments… Buyer ID name address ect .
· Buyers must pay for their items within 3 working days unless arrange otherwise.
· Debit and credit cards are accepted by paypal only. You do not need to have a paypal account to pay by paypal.
· Please make all cheques and postal orders out to The Dragons Den Fancy Dress.
· Postal Orders made payable to The Dragons Den Fancy Dress.
Costume Sizing
Our costume sizing is detailed as recommended by the manufacturer. These sizes are a guideline only. most costumes come in stretchy material to enable them to fit the various sizes within the recommendations.
Dragons den Party Sets
Size Xsml 8 S-M 10-12 or M-L 12-14
Please Read Note Regarding sizes;
these sets are designed to fit a variety of sizes... the tops are made with straps that alter. we have 3 different size xs 8 s/m 10-12 m/l 12-14.. please note you must order the right size if you need to change because you have chosen the wrong size you will have to pay postage to get the replace for correct size!
please note you do need to wear your own support under most fancy dress outfits they are not talor made outfits. The skirts have elasticised hip bands to fit sizes from 8-18, cyber tutus fit size 8-16 one size fits most, the fairy wings are also one size. All refunds are subject to a Handling/re-stocking charge of 20%, as we are still charged by ebay, paypal and the post office for the sale. This is applicable in all instances excluding faulty goods, wrong size and late delivery that is our fault or our couriers (does apply to royal mail not guaranteed delivery services).
Postage and shipping
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours if they are in stock. If they are not in stock we will notify you via email. All our items are generally in stock and it is only on a rare occurrence that something for sale will be out of stock.
If you require your item within a specific time period we recommend that you take up the next day delivery service as first class post can take up to 5 working days and does not have a tracking facility.
It is your responsibility to choose the correct service we will not be held responsible for goods arriving after your required date.
