 | A: All of our phones come with a PAYG sim card and the phone is intended for use with that sim. No other sim card can be guaranteed to work, and the included credit is only applied to the sim we provide. |

 | A: O2, Vodafone and Orange will port a number from one of their PAYG sims to another, T Mobile and Virgin will not. You can port a number from one network to any other network. |
 | Q: I've accidentally bid on a phone, what do I do? |

 | A: Let us know and you’ll receive a message from eBay asking you to confirm
we’re not going ahead with the sale. Just agree to this and it can be
