All our phones are brand new and boxed, and while some models come with extras such as headset, USB cable and carry strap the only standard included items are battery, manual and charger. Sometimes the seal on the box is broken to insert a sim, apply network settings or for random quality control. 

Due to an increase in fraudulent buyers we prefer payment by verified Paypal accounts with a confirmed address. When an address is unconfirmed further checks need to be made which may result in delay to delivery and in some cases we may need to return payment and ask you to verify your account.

Handsets connected to a network are intended for personal purchase only and as such we are unable to sell to anyone we know or believe to be dealing in mobile phones. By agreement with the networks we are unable to sell more than 2 handsets on a single network to the same customer in any 3 month period - please bear this in mind.
