General Interest
Want to keep your old number?

If you want to take advantage of included airtime in our offers but don't want to change your number, you can simply port the number from your old SIM to the new one.
If you're staying with the same network, give them a call (numbers below) and ask if you can port your number to a new SIM card. O2, Vodafone and Orange will do this but it is not possible on T Mobile or Virgin. They may ask you to register the new SIM in the same name as the one you're moving from, which you can do there and then. Then they'll port the number, usually within 24 hours.

If you're coming from a different network you first need to get a PAC code number from your old network, then call the new network and follow the steps above - it will take longer, about a week or so.
