Sometimes there just isn't enough space to explain a feedback problem. In the case of raymond5608 we sent a Samsung E900 and the customer complained the day after receiving it that it had a problem with the screen. We said sorry, we'll take it back and replace it for you, but when it came back (at our expense) the phone was not only the wrong IMEI number (the unique number of every mobile) but the wrong model. It had also never been through our warehouse, as every IMEI is recorded in a system. We had no option but to return this to the customer as it wasn't the phone we sold. When it went to dispute Paypal ruled in our favour and the matter is now closed.
The negative was left after that, so make your own mind up about this one.
