If, on arrival goods are found to be faulty or not as described we offer full refund. If you simply change your mind we will refund the price of goods only and customer will be responsible for payment of postage and packing. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Contact us first to arrange return. Please note that returned goods in transit are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note: it is against the law for us to sell knives to under 16 year olds. |
