Payment
I ask you to make contact or payment within 7 days of winning the item. If within this period you do not make payment or fail to contact me, I will assume you do not want the item and then I will relist it. I am able to accept payment via PayPal or postal orders. Under special circumstances I will accept a personnel cheque drawn from a UK bank account but this will delay delivery by up to 10 working days as I will only post your goods once the cheque has been banked and the funds cleared. With reference to postal orders and cheques please ALWAYS include your EBay user ID, a note of the items won. Your name and address is also really helpful.
Postage, Packaging and Handling
We aim as far as possible to have all items posted out in the next possible post after funds have cleared. All parcels will be approriately packed so as to arrive in perfect condition. All items unless stated are sent via first class post and I always get a certificate of proof of postage. Items of higher value will be sent via recorded delivery, this covers packagages up to the value of £36.00. If you purchase several items at once at my disrcetion I will also post these via recorded delivery at no extra cost to you, please let me know if this is not acceptable. Also should you wish anything different, such as special delivery please contact me and I will happily quote you for this and make the arrangements. I do not charge extortionate postage costs all items posted are individually priced based on the actual cost of the packaging, the postage and a small amount to cover handling costs and where ever possible I will offer discounts for multiple wins.
Postage discount
If you intend to buy more than one item from me and take advantage of my postal discounts, please do not pay until you have finished all your shopping at checkout ebay will automatically give you the postage discount.
Refunds
I hope when you receive your item you will be delighted with it, but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with it please get in touch with me and I will do all I can to rectify any issues you may have. If returned unopened and in perfect condition I will arrange a refund for the cost of the item, but I will not refund the cost of any postage. If any item is faulty or damaged a replacement will be sent on receipt of the damaged item and I will obviously refund all postage costs. If you are returning goods for any reason please ask for a certificate/proof of postage.
Lost or delayed items
Although most items turn up very quickly OCCASSIONALY an odd parcel does take a few days longer than expected to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of payment please do contact us to make sure there hasn't been a problem with ebay, but the royal mail does insist on 14 working days to have lapsed before an item is classed as lost. After this time we will endeavour to trace the said item or send a replacement and make a claim on your behalf. All you will be required to do is sign a declaration form sent by the royal mail confirming you have not received the item
Feed back
Once you have received your goods please leave me feed back that’s my way of knowing you have received your item and I will then of course leave you feed back.
