T-Shirt Information
We only use quality t-shirts from the worlds leading manufactures. The standard t-shirts we use are made by Stedman (part of Hanes - one of the worlds leading T-shirt Brands). We will occasionally have to use t-shirts from other top manufacturers, including those from Fruit of the loom or Gildan.
T-Shirt care
Like all embellished garments, these t-shirts should be washed inside-out.
Wash at the garments maximum washing temperature, this is indicated in the washing instructions supplied with the t-shirt (The washing temperature varies depending on the printing method used) This will provide maximum durability and colourfastness.
Do not use bleach or any substance which has a bleaching agent in it.
Do not tumble dry your t-shirt.
Do not dry clean your t-shirt.
Iron on the reverse side only and at a medium temperature.
Please follow this advice as we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the t-shirt or the design if this advice is not followed.
Delivery
All of our t-shirts are made to order, and in most instances, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving your cleared payment. We always try to dispatch all orders received Monday to Friday within 48 hours.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.
If you are in the UK, your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post and should arrive within 2-5 working days of the dispatch date although the majority of orders arrive the next working day after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days from date of dispatch, please contact us.
European customers, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and usually arrive within 3-7 working days from date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us.
For all other International customers, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail and usually arrive within 5-15 working days from date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within 15 working days, please contact us.
Payment policy
All purchases must be paid for within 7 days. Please only click on the buy it now button if you are serious about buying this item. By clicking on the buy it now button you are entering into a binding contract with us, and you should note that failure to make payment will result in negative feedback and/or a non-payment strike against your account. (No Exceptions)
Feedback
Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and this is reflected in our Feedback. We will always endeavor to resolve any issues you may have. However, if you choose to leave us Negative Feedback on eBay - before allowing us to deal with your query first, we will accept this action as final and the matter closed.
Once you have received your goods and are happy with the level of service and quality of merchandise, please leave appropriate Feedback for us - thank you. If you experience any problem, please afford us the opportunity to resolve this for you first, before leaving any neutral or negative Feedback.
Leaving Feedback for us indicates that the customer has received there order, We can then leave the appropriate Feedback for the customer.
Returns Policy
Customer service and satisfaction, is of utmost importance to us and our business. You can be be assured we supply a quality product that represents good value for money.
If for some reason we have sent you the wrong item, please accept our sincere apologies. Mistakes do happen from time to time - please notify us and we will ship the correct item back to you and repay to you, the postage incurred in sending the incorrect item back to us.
In rare circumstances where a t-shirt has either a manufacturing or print fault, we will of course offer either a full refund or exchange, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
However, because our t-shirts are custom printed for you when you place your order, we are unable to offer general refund terms. Accordingly, please select your required t-shirt with care and refer to the measurements in the size chart when ordering. (Made to order clothing is exempt from the Distance selling Regulation by the Office of fair trading.)
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation.
All items must be sent back to us in an unworn/unwashed new condition.When returning your order, Please send by a "Signed For" service and get proof of postage, as we will not be responsible if the item is lost or stolen.
