What payment methods do you accept?

Why are your prices so low?

We are a company that offer brand new surplus camping stock, because of the nature of this business we are able to offer greatly reduced prices on the products we supply.

Why is this tent so cheap? Is it a second?

None of the items in our store are seconds - they are all brand new.  Again, it is possible for us to offer such low prices due to the nature of our business.

If I put the tent up and don't like it can I return it?

This is not possible. We aim to provide as much information on the items we sell  as we can to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. We also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you need to about the products we offer to ensure you make the right decision about your purchase. Due to this it is not possible for you to ruturn your tent on the grounds that you 'don't like it'. Please take a look at our Terms and Conditions for our full returns policy.

I want to pay by cheque, how long will this take?

If you decide to pay by cheque it will take a little longer for your goods to arrive. We usually say allow an extra 7 workings days for delivery. On average it takes about 10-12 days for delivery of your order after we receive your cheque. We will send you a payment received notification with an estimated delivery date once your cheque has been received.
