Payment is preferred via Paypal as items are ready to despatch. Postal Orders and Personal Cheques are accepted by prior arrangement. Please make contact within 48 hours of purchase to arrange.
All items are despatched within 3 days of receipt of full, cleared payment. We do not post on Saturdays or Mondays, unless by special request. If you require the item urgently, please contact us. Please allow up to 7 days in addition to this for items paid for by cheque. Standard postage is 2nd class unless otherwise stated. Wedding Dresses are despatched first class recorded. Please note that Recorded Delivery Insurance covers up to £36.00, if extra Insurance is required, Special Delivery should be selected (up to £500). Recorded and Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Items returned to us will require a further postage charge to be redelivered. Collection in person can be arranged. Please note that P&P charge does include packaging which must be taken into account. If you are unhappy with the P&P charge, please do not buy.
