ALL ORDERS MUST HAVE A SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND CANNOT BE LEFT
UNATTENDED.
1. Payment
BILLING We Bill In UK £ POUNDS.
The actual charge made will be the UK
Pounds(£) price, converted into your local currency at a rate determined by your
credit card company. The Body Hut are not involved in, and cannot influence,
this currency conversion calculation.
2. Delivery
Please note for Next Day Delivery: - Orders must be
placed before 3.30pm on the ordering day to qualify for actual next day
delivery. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working
day. Next Day Delivery is only available In England/Scotland/Wales and NOT
available Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
A signature is required at
the time of delivery at all time and there are never any exceptions. Two
delivery attempts will be made, if our delivery agents are unable to complete
delivery by a second attempt a delivery charge for the third attempt we be
charged at £2.50, but can be signed for by a neighbour at your request.
Redirection of goods once dispatched is charged at £10.00 and can only been
implemented if we sent it for delivery using 'Initial City Link' service. Most
small items are sent via 'Royal Mail' and they do not offer this service.
If delivery is not completed by the third attempt, then orders will be
returned to The Body Hut . Your card credited less FULL DELIVERY COSTS of
£14.95, this is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return back to the Body
Hut Ltd.
We recommend that you have your order sent to a work place or
to a friend or relative that will be able to sign for your order.
We
pride ourselves on our high delivery standards and this policy is in place for
the very few who will not accept delivery of orders once placed and dispatched.
Of course you may change a delivery address after placing an order as
long as the package has not been dispatched to you. Redirection of goods once

3. Refunds PRODUCT
SATISFACTION If the goods/products we supply are found to be defective and you
notify The Body Hut within 15 days of delivery, we agree to except the return of
the goods/products which we will replace or refund the exact price paid at that
time for them.
Shipping costs if applicable when the products were purchased will also be
refunded.
If we receive the order back we will credit your account minus
shipping. If we don't receive it back we will not be able to credit your
account. Please check with your customs. We ship products to other country as
"dietary supplements" and have very little problems.

5. ORDERING FROM
ANOTHER COUNTRY. I am ordering from a different country. What happens if
customs doesn't let my order through?
If we receive the order back we will credit your account minus shipping. If
we don't receive it back we will not be able to credit your account. Please
check with your customs. We ship products to other country as "dietary
supplements" and have very little problems.
