All overseas payments must be in pounds sterling.


SHIPPING DETAILS:

Small items will normally be sent by post to the UK. Larger items will be sent for next day delivery (usually City Link). Overseas items will where possible be sent by Royal Mail so please expect around 5 day delivery time.  Items both UK and overseas will not unless requested be insured.  If insurance is requested then the cost will be charged to the buyer.


SHIPPING TIMES:

If paying by Credit Card - items will be shipped within 1 working day.

If paying by PayPal - items will be shipped within 2 working days.

If paying by cheque - goods will be shipped once the cheque is cleared into our account.

If paying by Postal Order or Banker's Draft - goods will be shipped once the money has cleared into in our bank account.

DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS FOR SALE:

We endeavour to make sure that the listings are correct by using details supplied from our suppliers but occasionally specifications change without our knowledge and therefore cannot accept any responsibility other than refunding the purchase price along with the delivery costs for any item incorrectly described in our eBay listings.

RETURNS POLICY: 

In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your purchase please either telephone us on +44 (0)23 8084 7834 or email us at sale@TheBoatJumble.co.uk immediately to arrange a replacement.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer the following returns policy.

If you are unhappy with a product we will exchange the product but he following applies:

On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund as soon as possible and, at the latest,within 10 days of receiving the goods back.

If the item was faulty we will replace it (within seven days of you receiving it) once the faulty item has been returned, unused and in it's original condition and packaging, to us. We will not replace items that have been damaged by incorrect fitting or by mishandling.

IMPORT DUTY:

The buyer is responsible for all import duties.

Where required, a customs declaration form will be filled in. This will include the value of the item which will be the purchase price excluding delivery.
