Refund:
If you have
purchased an Auction item and are not 100% happy, you
may return your item within 14 days of receipt of your
item to arrange a full refund (excluding postage). Items
must be returned in their original condition (no cigarette,
perfume smell, make-up marks etc).
***Please
note that we do not offer exchanges on auction items
for a different size, colour or style etc***
Buy It Now
Items:

If you have
purchased a Buy It Now item and are not 100% happy,
you may return your item within 14 days of receipt of
your item to arrange a full refund (excluding postage).
Items must be returned in their original condition (no
cigarette, perfume smell, make-up marks etc). If
your order was sent with free postage, standard
postage of £3.95 will be deducted from any refund.
Exchange:
We offer
two types of exchange for Buy It Now items.
Speed
Exchange:
1: call

2: tell
us which item you wish to exchange with
3: pay the
full price of the replacement item
4: we will
send out your replacement item straight away with free
standard postage
5: you return
your original item for a refund
Normal Exchange:
1: return your item in the post specifying on the returns
form which item you wish to exchange with
2: when
we receive your return and it is processed we send out
your replacement item with free standard postage (if
it is still in stock)
3: if the
exchange item is more expensive you need to pay the
difference, if it is less we refund the difference
Please note
that international customers will need to pay return
postage at the advertised rate for the replacement item
for all exchanges.
All exchanges
are subject to the replacement item being available
and in stock.
Faulty/Incorrect
Items:
In the rare
cases where we send an item that is faulty or incorrect
simply return your item using our Returns Form and we
will either give you a full refund or send out a replacement
(subject to stock). Return postage by First Class Recorded
delivery is your responsibility, but we will refund
the cost of your return postage on receipt of your returned
item.
