Customer care -- Please be advised that we treat all customers equally. No customer is treated differently or better just because they threaten to leave bad feedback. We rectify everything strictly based on terms and conditions. If you do not agree to anything on our terms and conditions please do not place your bid.

Problems -- It is NOT always a seller who causes problems in transactions and it definitely is not the case here. We are 100% responsible for problems that come from our end. We are happy to rectify any genuine issue you have if we are contacted. Please do not use feedback to communicate as it will not work that way.

Feedback -- Our feedback is clearly displayed and will never be private. We kindly ask that you read all the negative feedback before you judge us by looking at the numbers. Negative feedback received are usually from non paying bidders, slow payers who are not happy that the unpaid alerts were opened, customers who returned items worn or damaged and refunds were refused and customers who are simply not prepared to have their issues solved.

Non paying bidder -- Please note that if customers do not pay for the items they won, unpaid strike will be issued. Once it is issued it will not be removed.

Quality -- We can ensure you that the quality of our garments are as advertised. Though we need to make this clearer that some materials are very delicate such as lace. Some material is not designed to be pulled or it may cause rips in the material. This does not mean the material is not of good quality. Please handle some garments with care.

Marks -- Some items come with dressmaker marks, as we mention this in all listings that BlackBerry garments are handmade. You may find these marks on corsets more than on any other garments. These marks will come off in the first wash. Dress maker marks are not classed as faults.

Colours -- Please do understand the nature of fabric when you purchase a garment. For example different materials may not be exactly the same colour as they have different properties and hold the colour differently when dyed. There may also be slightly different colour variations in the same material between different items as they are all hand made and it is very difficult to control the colour exactly.

Mistakes -- Mistakes unfortunately happen sometimes. Please let us know if you are concerned that there has been a mistake with your transaction and we will do all we can to rectify the mistake.
