All items are freshly prepared to order rather than supplying ready made 'off the shelf' stock. This is a premium service which other shops simply do not provide and we offer it free to our customers . Each product is checked for quality before sending. We aim to despatch your order within 1-3 working days, (this does not include Saturdays & Sundays). Weekends are reserved  for research and product listing etc.

All UK orders are posted 1st Class, or 1st Class Recorded, if the total value of the items exceeds £20. Special Delivery is also available on request.

International orders are also despatched within 3 days and usually take between 10-14 days to reach their destination, depending on the Country. If the value exceeds £25 customers have the option of shipping  by International Signed for which costs £4.50 extra but ensures peace of mind.
