Delivery Times

 Normally if you have purchased an item before 4.30 PM Monday to Friday it will be shipped that day, If we are super on top of things then the cut off time can be as late as 5:00 PM, (depending on the last pick up by Royal Mail) If you have purchased on a Saturday or Sunday, it will normally leave Monday Morning.

WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIME IT TAKES ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER YOUR ITEM/S.

WHEN YOUR ITEM DOES NOT ARRIVE PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ROYAL MAIL HAVE A POLICY WHICH STATES

"Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed. We allow the 15 working days for items to be returned to the sender if there are any delivery problems."
