| A:If payment is received before 9pm we will dispatch next day by First Class Post. We cannot guarantee delivery times but usually they arrive within 1-5 working days. If it gets to a week and they still haven't arrived please contact us. |

| A:We accept returns within 14 days as long as the product has not been used and is returned in the original packaging. Please contact us at help@biglaces.co.uk for details on how to return an item. |
