The terms and conditions on my listings take precedence, of course.  This page is just to give you more background information. I have been on eBay since January 2004. I aim to provide you with quality books, fast delivery and quick replies. I often have antique, rare and leather bound items. I live in Manchester, a city in the North West of England.

 Item Descriptions

I try to describe items as fully and accurately as possible. I include more photos on more expensive items so you can get a better idea of the condition.

Payment

I accept PayPal, Personal Cheques (drawn in £ sterling or in dollars) and Postal Orders (drawn in £ sterling). Please contact me if you wish to pay using a different method before bidding or buying.

Shipping

I post all orders on the next business day at the latest and sometimes on the same day. All of my shipping costs include insurance which covers you up to the full value of your purchase, so that you have complete peace of mind that, if something should go wrong, your purchase is fully covered.  If you would like to combine items and save on postage please message or e mail me. As postage in the EU is cheaper I can usually reduce the shipping cost for destinations in the EU. I prefer to always use airmail as our mail service in the uk advises that surface mail can take up to 12 weeks. I want buyers to be happy and three months is too long to wait for an item to arrive.

Problems and Feedback

I want you to be delighted every time you buy an item from me.  Occasionally though, I know you may want to return an item. So if you have any problems or questions before you leave feedback, just let me know. I try to resolve all problems as positively as possible. 

I automatically leave you positive feedback once you have left positive feedback for me.

Returns

If you need to return an item please let me know and let me have it back within 14 days of its arrival (21 days if overseas). I will issue a full refund on receipt of goods.
