All items weighing over 2kg will be shipped via Business Post (48 hour service) to any address in England, Wales and the following postcodes in Scotland DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY, ML, TD, AB1 to AB16, AB21 to AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1 to PA19, PH1 to PH3. Parcels over 2kg to other Scottish postcodes, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man will go via Parcel Force. Both Business Post and Parcel Force offer a full track and trace facility.

Parcels weighing over 2kg to a European destination will be shipped via Business Post (5 day road service). Parcels to any other worldwide location will go via FedEx. Both Business Post and FedEx offer a full track and trace facility and insurance at no extra cost.
