Terry Pickering Trading Ltd began life in 2004. Like many Ebayers we started selling on Ebay as a hobby and to raise some extra cash. We're now grown into one of the leading sellers of bedding, curtains and towels on Ebay by offering a quality product at a reasonable price backed up by quick delivery and an excellent customer service.

We're based at a warehouse in Chester-le-Street just outside Durham. We sell worldwide via telephone, mail order and through the world’s favourite internet market place – Ebay. We aim to be a one stop shop in bedding and many of our duvet covers come with an exciting range of matching throws, pillowshams curtains and valance sheets - everything you need to transform your room with a single purchase.

We also know that our customers like a bargain - who doesn't? So our range is competitively priced at a level below the high street. Its the same quality, same standard that you'll find in many well known stores - but at a much lower price.

We are as dedicated to our mail order customers as our local customers. Your call is welcomed and our staff will do everything in their power to assist you. We understand that dealing with a company from a distance can hold disadvantages such as poor after sales and difficulties when needing to perhaps return a faulty product. Our mail order aftercare program ensures that such problems will never arise. If you need further help or assistance with you purchase an experienced member of staff will be on hand to take your phone call between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday to help. Staff will also be on hand to deal with your emails at evenings and at weekends. Our staff will spend as much time as required helping you to transform your room with a single purchase.

Our internet team work full time on ebay and are available to talk via e-mail between 8am – 10pm, we answer all e-mails we receive within 24 hours and the team are uploading new products constantly on to the site. We use ebay for a multitude of reasons including: buyer / seller security, user feedback forum and to meet new customers.
