Q:What is your return policy?
A:Unless otherwise stated in the listing items bought over eBay have a 7 days from receipt of goods warranty. If in doubt please contact us prior to purchase.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We price all of our products rates based on the Post Office & Courier rates, however sending two is twice as expensive. Please also remember that the costs like listing fees as well as final value fees and PayPal fees are also double. There are more costs than just a stamp.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Items are shipped using the service selected on the order. This ranges from next working day delivery to Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, this value postage method usually takes 3-5 working days, although this is rare please do not contact us before the five days are up and also remember we have no control over the Royal Mail.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:The charges in each listing take in to account other things and not just the price of a stamp. Please understand we are a company with many overheads for shipping as well as the stamp.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Computer Technology ships to international destinations on most items where possible. For large items the shipping can increase drastically, also some items only have a UK warranty and so we do not offer them for sale outside the UK.
Q:My product has arrived damaged-what do I do now?
A:First of all do not worry, make us aware of damage as soon as possible so we can contact the shipping company. Please do not throw any packaging away even if it is damaged. We will need you to fill out the simple online returns form to log the complaint and enable us to issue a reference number for you. www.internetct.co.uk/returns.html
Q:Why will you not answer my emails?
A:We answer ALL emails and address problems as quick as we can. Please remember our office hours are 10am-6pm weekdays and to check your spam filter and eBay inbox. You can contact us direct on info@internetct.co.uk
Q:Can I collect the item?
A:You can indeed collect an item from our shop counter, however any item purchased over ebay must be shipped.
