Postage and Packaging Cost

  • P&P is within the UK is FREE. 
  • We use Royal Mail 1st Class as our FREE UK postage option, unlike many of our competitors who ship via 2nd class for FREE delivery.

  • The UK postal options we offer are Royal Mail First Class Standard (FREE) and Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (CHARGE APPLIES SEE LISTING).
  • The overseas postal options we offer are Royal Mail Airmail and Royal Mail International Signed-For.  
  • The postal insurance we offer is our own insurance. If your package is lost in transit we will replace the item after 14 days, quibble free.

Refund

  • Refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 14 days of product arrival. There is no exact/accurate way to measure this 14-day period. It will be judged in a reasonable way.
  • You will have to send back the item to us in an unused condition before we can issue the refund.
  • You must include your full name, address details and state the reason for returning item/refund.
  • If an item is returned because it is no longer wanted or the wrong item was purchased by you, a refund will be issued subject to the reduction of 25% restocking fee.
 

 
Exchange / Replacement

  • Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us within 14 days of product arrival. There is no exact/accurate way to measure this 14-day period. It will be judged in a reasonable way.
  • You will have to send back the item to us in an unused condition before we can exchange or replace it.
  • If the exchange/replacement is due to the wrong item being purchased, buyer will be liable to cover the postage and packaging fees for shipment of the the new item. 
  • If your item contains a manufacturing fault it will be replaced free of charge. The faulty item must be returned back to us before we post you a replacement.  
 

 
Reporting Faults

  • Any manufacturing fault has to be reported within 7 days for a free replacement. Please make sure the fault relates to a manufacturing fault and not fault occurred due to daily usage or carelessness.
 

 
Sending the Item Back

  • In the event where you are required to send the item back for refund, exchange or replacement, you are responsible to send the item back to the us. We are responsible to send back the new item to you if required. 
  • You will have to send back the item to us in its original condition, original packaging, unused, undamaged and in resalable condition. Failure to do so will result in 're-packaging' or 're-conditioning' or 'repairing' fees that are deducted from the total refund. The fees vary depending on the condition of the item when it arrives to us. The fees will be reasonable.
  • This includes, but not conclusive, to the following situations
  1. seeking full refund

  2. exchanging faulty / broken product

  3. exchanging wrong product

  4. exchanging unsatisfactory product

  • During the sending back process, buyer has to at least obtain the free certificate of posting from the post office with a valid receipt of postage paid. This is necessary is case there is any dispute as to the posting back of the item.

  • We guarantee your product will be shipped on the same day if your payment reaches us at the latest by 3.00pm (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
  • We guarantee your product will be shipped within 24 hours if your payment reaches us after 3.00pm.
  • Normal delivery time is 1 - 2 working days within United Kingdom. Please be aware that delays can occur in your product being received. These delays are out of our control and are due to the courier. We will fulfill our obligation of shipping your item same day or within 24 hours.
