Delivery |
|
We aim to despatch all weekday orders within 24 hours of
receipt of cleared funds and wherever possible, orders paid for by 2.00pm are sent out on the same day. Orders paid for after 4.00pm on Friday will be despatched on
Monday. Goods ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working
day. Custom fletched arrows require 48 hours for despatch. |

Orders are sent Recorded, Special Delivery,
Insured Parcel, or by carrier, (depending on their weight and size), to the
name and address specified on the order, and a signature will be required. Where payment is made by Paypal, orders will be sent to the name and address on the Paypal payment notification as required by Paypal terms & conditions. A despatch notification is sent via eBay on the day your order is despatched, advising which service has been used, and when delivery may be expected. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods. |

Delivery times given on our despatch notices are
those quoted by the respective delivery services; we cannot be responsible for
their failure to meet our and your expectations, although we will do everything
possible to resolve the problem as soon as you let us know. |

Please note that when carriers have to make a
re-delivery, there is often an additional charge. Where a re-delivery is
necessary because the customer has failed to provide relevant information, we
reserve the right to pass on any additional charge made. |
If you have made multiple purchases at the same time, and have paid for them
without requesting a total invoice to reduce your postal costs, we will refund
any excess postage paid (less Paypal charges incurred on additional separate payments) when we are aware of this and are able to sort your
items so they can be sent in one consignment, although we are not obliged to do so. Please note that this is not
always possible. We send out many orders every day, so it may not always
be noticed; earlier items may already be packed; or the combined weight of the
items may not result in a saving on postage. If the combined weight results in
an increased postal cost, we may pack them together for reasons of convenience,
in which case we will meet the additional postage costs. |

Returns
|
|
You have the right to cancel your order within
fourteen days of purchase or within seven working days from the day after receipt
of goods, whichever is the longer, provided you contact us within this time to
confirm return of the goods. |

If you change your mind for any reason or are not
happy with your purchase, we will happily replace, exchange, or refund the goods if you return them to us unused and in re-saleable condition (including, where applicable, all parts, accessories,
and instructions) in their original packaging. |

personalised for you, or made to your specification. In this event, please
contact us to discuss the problem. |

The fourteen day cancellation period does not
constitute a fourteen day free trial of the goods. If you examine the goods on
receipt and decide they do not meet your expectations, you have a duty not to
use them, to retain possession of them whilst awaiting return, and to take
reasonable care of them during that period. Return items must be despatched to us within 7 days of your notification of return. |

Returned items should be securely packaged, and
sent to our business address, as detailed on your invoice. Please remember to
include your name and address. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or
damaged in transit to us. If returning items by post you are advised to obtain a
certificate of posting (for which there is no charge) for goods valued under
£36.00, or a Special Delivery receipt for more valuable items. This
will enable to you reclaim the value of the goods from the Post Office in the
event of loss or damage. (We cannot claim for goods you have sent; the Post Office
will only deal with, and pay compensation to, the sender of the package.) |

Please note we do not refund postage unless the
goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, in which case we will refund
your return postage, and send any replacement or exchange items post free. Where the exchange items are more expensive than the original, they will be sent on receipt of the difference in cost of the items. If exchange items cost less than the original, we will refund the difference. |
