Multi-item discount invoice?
eBay automatically calculates the
appropriate discounts when purchasing multiple items from our
shop. When going through the checkout procedure remember to
select and pay for all your items in a single transaction for
the discount to be applied. If still unsure though, simply
request a new invoice from us.
Can I pay by cheque or postal
order?
We accept both cheques and postal
orders from UK customers only. Please make them payable to
"Robert Graham" and post them to the address provided by
eBay's checkout.
Remember to write your eBay item
number on the back to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Which address do we post to?
We always post to the address you
had registered with eBay when you went through the checkout
procedure. We do NOT use the PayPay address. Please always
try to ensure that your address information registered with
eBay is accurate and up to date.
Can you post to an alternative
address?
eBay allows you to fill in an
alternative address during its checkout procedures. If you
missed this, please send me an telling us which address you would like us to use.
Do NOT specify alternative address information in the PayPal
notes.
