 | A: All items must be returned within 14 days of buying. We will not refund items return just because they are unwanted, only faulty goods will be refund if proven they were recieved in that condition. Money (including postage) will be refunded once item has be recieved. Returners must pay for postage to send item back. |

 | A: All items are sent 2nd class, this can take 3-5 working days. Please make sure you state the information needed when paying, or in a message after paying so we can process your order more quickly. |

 | Q: I have unwanted circus equipment, can you help? |

 | A: We can take broken/old circus equipment and recycle them. Anything that we sell, we can take. Broken spinning plates can be melted down to make new ones, old diablos can be used as spare parts. Or if they're still useable we can put them in our workshop kits so that other people can appreciate them. Just send us an email and we'll get back to you!! |
 | Q: How Can I Pay For My Items? |

 | A: Our preferred method of payment is paypal - it's safe, easy and quick. Otherwise cheque is fine, although items will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. It is best to use paypal if you want your item by a certain date. |
