| Q:Do you accept returns ? |

| A:Yes we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. You must contact us before returning any item. All items must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and with the tags still attached.
All return postage is the buyers responsibility. |
| Q:Do you accept exchanges? |
|
| A:Yes where possible we will exchange an item for a larger or smaller size. Where this is not possible we will accept exchanges for a different item to the same or greater value than the one purchased. All postage fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes we combine postage on most items, simply purchase all your items in the normal way then send a request for total and we will send you a combined invoice showing the new combined charges.
Please note that all items must be on the same invoice as once you have completed checkout we are unable to combine shipping further. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes we do ship internationally, however, for bidder with less than 10 feedback we require the bidder to contact us BEFORE bidding, we reserve the right to cancel bids where the buyer has not contacted us or we have not been able to contact. |
| Q:Are your items Authentic? |

| A:Absolutely. We purchase all of our stock from major UK based wholesalers who can guarantee 100% the authenticity of the items we purchase. |
| Q:Do you accept offers on your items? |
|
| A:Yes we will consider any "serious" offer on our fixed price & shop items. Please bear in mind that all our items are 100% authentic when making your offer. |
| Q:Do you accept International Bank Transfers? |
|
| A:Yes we do accept International Bank Transfers. There is however a small fee of £3 for the currency conversion. |
