Despatch Details

All our clothes and accessories are brand new with tags and are bubble wrapped securely in a sealed mailing bag. 

Clothes and accessories posted to the UK can be made will be by 1st class recorded delivery. The cost of postage is clearly detailed in the listing.

If an item goes missing Royal Mail only treats it as missing 15 working days (3 weeks) after the expected delivery date. After 3 weeks have past we will either resend you the item if they are returned by Royal Mail or will pursue a claim directly with Royal Mail. We will only refund you on receipt of compensation by Royal Mail.

If you wish to buy 2 or more items together please deduct £1 for each additional item from the combined postage cost for deliveries in the UK.

International Buyers please request details of postage costs abroad. We give the option to have delivered either airmail (small packets), international signed for or airsure.

If an item sent abroad goes missing then Royal Mail only treats it as missing 25 working days (5 weeks) after the expected delivery date. After 5 weeks have past we will either resend you the item if they are returned by Royal Mail or will pursue a claim directly with Royal Mail. We will only refund you on receipt of compensation by Royal Mail. We will only compensate for lost items sent international signed for or airsure. We will not compensate for lost items sent airmail. If you wish to ensure you are fully covered then please request postage either international signed for or airsure.

If you wish to buy 2 or more items together please contact us for a combined postage price. Where 2 or more items are bought we may insist on postage either international signed for or airsure with additional insurance cover as mandatory. This will depend on the value of the items being sent.
