ABOUT DEWALT FACTORY REWORKS

DeWALT only send out reworks that are unused or that have been demo'd at their many demo/blitz days across the UK.

They have to conform to certain IE regulations. When a product leaves their factory and is returned for any reason (ordered wrong model, voltage, quantity) they cannot then sell it as new, so it as stamped as rework and reissued. These machines are all in excellent condition or even new - all are UK spec with FULL 1 year warranty.

DeWALT UK do not warranty or supply spares for imported tools. We do not sell imported tools.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that the item is faulty please contact the shop on 01492 530391 / 531999 so we can discuss the best action to take.
We also accept returns if the wrong item has been ordered but the buyer must pay postage costs.
