RETURNS
Items must be returned within 14 days and at the buyers own cost. (Address supplied on demand)
ONLY the cost of the item will be refunded. (Excl. P&P)
Refunds will be made in the same way the item was paid for (i.e. Paypal, Credit Card)
MISSING PARCELS
Items that fail to arrive must be reported within 14 days, items will generally arrive within 2-5 working days. Proof of postage is only kept for 1 month after the despatch date, it is then destroyed so no claim can be made against the item after this period.
