Delivery Times
All items ordered from Tilly's Treasure Box are packed securely & professionally so that they reach you in absolute perfect condition.
We know that many of our items are brought as gifts so we take special care when posting to make sure that you recieve them in perfect order.
All items are usually posted on the day of purchase (excluding Bank Holidays) If payment is recieved before 5:00pm to make sure you recieve the fastest possible delivery of your items by Royal Mail 1st class (UK Only)
Please allow extra time during the run up to Christmas
For none UK buyers your items will usually be shipped on the day of payment being recieved by Royal Mail Airsure Signed for in which you will be emailed a Tracking Number to track & trace your item online & you will be required to sign for your item upon reciept
In the unlikely event that you do not recieve your items within 30 days please contact us at Tilly's Treasure Box & we will be happy to help & asist in every way we can.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Tilly's Treasure Box you may return your order back to us within 7 days of reciept in unused condition & you will be refunded the purchase price ( Minus Postage )
Please contact us and we will forward you with a return address for your order to be sent back.
We also advise that you send the item by a Recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post.
Complaints
We hope you will not have cause to make a complaint, However, If you do, We will endeavour to put the matter right quickly. We will respond to any customer complaints within 3 days to resolve the matter as quick as possible
