Returns & Replacements Policy
Almost all of the items sold in The Skateboard Shop can be returned for replacement or refund if the item doesn't work, is received damaged or doesn't perform the task described in the item description. The following returns policy will apply to all items unless stated in the item description.
Terms of Return:
- The item must not be used, it must be in the condition it was received in.
- The buyer must first e-mail me, and then send the item, including any free gifts, within 7 days of receiving it. It should be sent after I have responded to the e-mail.
- The buyer is responsible, and will pay for, the return of the item. There will be no refund if it is lost in the post and so I would advise sending it insured.
- Refunds or replacements will be given on receiving the item in an unused condition.
- There are no postage or insurance refunds. The only refund will be for the winning Bid, or the Buy It Now price.
- No refunds will be given if abusive e-mails are received.
- No refunds will be given if Negative feedback is left before any disputes or problems are solved.
