Item Description - We will always try to describe the item as fully as possible. If you do not believe that the item was fully described, hence you didn't rate it 5/5 when leaving feedback, then we will replace or refund it following the conditions of our returns policy.
Communication - The vast majority of emails received through eBay are responded to within the same day. Should you not need to contact us our communication comes from the automatic emails sent when we dispatch your goods and the 'payment received' email when we receive payment. If you do not rate our communication at 5/5 then please let us know how we can improve.
Dispatch time - The vast majority of times goods are sent the day they are bought. As dispatch times are very important we will fully refund the postage of any goods not sent within 3 working days from receiving cleared payment. Please note that this excludes non Royal Mail services and special or bulk orders. Whenever you buy from us please note that we will always do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible. If you are not happy with the dispatch time then we will gladly send copies of receipts proving the dispatch date and time.
Postage costs - We will never knowingly overcharge for postage and packaging costs! Should you suspect that we have, we will provide proof of cost in the form of receipts and refund the difference. In most cases we actually lose money on postage and packaging! We therefore see no reason why our postage and packaging costs should be rated lass than 5/5 and should you feel like it should be less then we urge you to contact us! |
