PAYPAL:  We prefer paypal - it is quick and easy and FREE for you - and if you pay by paypal by midday - your purchases are dispatched SAME DAY (Mon-Fri only).
CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERS: We will accept postal orders made payable to "A Scott" - we will NOT accept cash or personal cheques under any circumstances.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS: For orders that exceed £20 in value, we can accept both credit and debit cards via our secure terminal - but we do need to speak to you to process payments in this way - please call us on 0845 838 6226.  
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are sorry but we will not ship our products to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.

WOLDWIDE SHIPPING:  We are sorry but our products can only be shipped to addresses inside the United Kingdom.
SHIPPING LEAD TIMES:  All orders paid for by midday will be dispatched by first class post on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders paid for after midday will be dispatched the next working day.
COMBINED INVOICES: We send out combined invoices every morning around 8am.

RESPONSE TIMES: We aim to answer all emails within 24 hours.  Our phone line is open from 9am till 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, - but those essential trips to the post office mean that we cannot always answer the phone - please do leave a message, we want to talk to you and will return your call.
