Are all your leather handbags really made from leather?
The Real Handbag Shop mainly sells goods which are made from leather (animal hide) and this will be clearly specified in each listing. Only occasionally do we stock bags made from jacquard fabric and this will be
clearly shown. If in doubt, just ask and we will be happy to confirm.
Are all your handbags Brand New?
Yes, all bags listed in The Real Handbag Shop are guaranteed to be Brand New and are not secondhand or used.
Do you have this style but in a different colour? Do you have a bag which looks like…….?
All the stock we have available will already be displayed in The Real Handbag Shop
online,
we don't keep any up our sleeves! However, we do get new stock in every week so
add us to your Favourites' List and check back regularly.
Is this bag from a Smoke Free, Pet Free Environment?
Yes.
Can I come and visit your shop? Can I collect
my purchase in person?
The Real Handbag Shop is an internet based company only and all stock is kept off site for security reasons in a secure warehouse from where it is dispatched daily. The bags are
neatly stored all wrapped up and ready for the post. This keeps the maintenance costs low and enables us to pass on the savings to our valued customers. If you wish to examine the bags in the comfort of your own home, we do operate a

What’s the cheapest you will sell this bag for? Can I make you a lower offer?
Only if there is a BUY IT NOW or BEST OFFER logo displayed on the listing. Otherwise the cheapest price is the price displayed at the start of an Auction. Our prices don’t go any lower than that
as they are already far too good to be true! If you wish to make us an offer, please do so by bidding. You never know, you may get lucky and win a genuinely beautiful leather handbag for a
song! By-the-way, if you are purchasing more than one item, you will make great savings on combined delivery fees.

I am not familiar with this brand of handbag. What is the quality of these bags?
The quality is of a high standard as you would expect to find in any High Street Shop or Boutique in the U.K. Where there is a Recommended Retail Price in the listing, this will give you an indication of the standard to
expect. You would not compare a £5 bag with one which retails at £50 for instance, nor expect a £50 bag to be comparable to one which sells for £500.

We offer all our prospective customers a full range of angles and views within each individual listing and are unable to supply more on demand - sorry!
How accurate are the colours in your photographs?
The Real Handbag Shop does its very best to obtain an accurate photo of items in its auctions and all our own equipment is professionally colour balanced. However, since
colour varies from computer monitor to computer monitor and in differing light conditions, please view the photos as a representation which will not be 100% accurate.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
I missed the sale / Forgot to bid / Lost the auction to another bidder. Do you have any more.....?
If the item remains unsold at the end of the auction, it will be re-listed automatically
either in The Real Handbag Shop or on one of our other websites. If the item was sold to the highest bidder and you have placed a lower
bid, depending on our stock levels and the amount bid, we may be able to send you a Second Chance Offer.
However, it is always advisable to place your bid
early to avoid disappointment.
I have bid on the wrong item, can I cancel my
bid?
Yes, please do so. Just follow the instructions
given on eBay.
What is the price for this in Dollars,
Euros, etc?
With currencies there are two key features that
help international buyers convert the price
of an item to the currencies they understand:
Bids and prices on the View Item page display
automatically in both the
currency the seller specifies and the
approximate home currency equivalent for the
site from which the buyer is viewing the item.
A buyer can convert all Search and Listings

DELIVERY & POSTAGE
Can you send parcels to an alternative address
than the one registered with Ebay/Paypal?
No, sorry! If you wish to pay using Paypal, we can
only ship to the address you have registered with Paypal. This is to combat
fraud and protect our valued customers' Paypal accounts. If you want an item
sending to an address other than your home address such as a work address,
please pay by Credit/Debit Card as there is an option during checkout for you to
enter both your registered billing address (for credit card checks) as well as
an alternative shipping address.
I do not live in the U.K. so do I have to pay
Customs Duty?
For International Deliveries, we are obliged to
fill in a Customs Declaration including a
description of the contents, weight and value.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check
the import rules for their own country and pay
