We do our very best to describe garment sizes as accurate as possible but can appreciate that the nature of buying goods over the Internet means that sometimes they will not fit everyone the same all of the time.

Therefore, we offer a free exchange service for a replacement larger or smaller t-shirt of the same design. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods from us we offer a no quibble full refund policy.

When returning goods you are advised to use recorded/signed for delivery - The Mug Barn cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post and no exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been delivered back to us.
