We mail using various formats of mail-lite padded envelopes and take the utmost care to ensure that your items are properly protected in transit. This includes taping corners and edges of large parcels and encasing large boxsets in bubble-wrap and making good use of adhesive tape.

After-Sales Service and Returns Policy

We only stock new and factory-sealed authentic DVDs from reputable sources. We will replace, credit or refund any item which on inspection is seen to be factory-defective.
