If purchasing more than one item from my shop, please wait for me to invoice you so that I can combine postage costs. All payment is required within 7 days of purchase unless agreed by myself. If you have a problem with payment, please contact me as soon as possible. If no payment has been made after 7 days and I have recieved no contact from you, I will open a dispute for 'payment not recieved' against you with ebay, so please, if you have difficulties with your payment, email and let me know.

LOST IN POST It's rare, but unfortunately items sometimes do get lost in the post. If you have not received your order within 15 working days (3 weeks) of the despatch date, please let me know. I will send you a lost in post form for you to fill out, and on receipt of the signed form I will refund you for the missing order and start an investigation with Royal Mail into the package's whereabouts. I offer Recorded Delivery on all of my items and you are advised that this is the best method to use to ensure safe delivery of your item.
