This telephone number can be used to contact us in the unlikely event that you do not get an e-mail response from us within 24 hours - 48 hours at weekends - or if there are technical or internet issues which may affect communication via e-mail).

You will not receive a strike or poor feedback from us, merely for requesting a refund. Rest assured that our refund process is managed in an honourable, respectful manner.
 
 
 
 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
 A) ITEMS YOU DO NOT LIKE : 7 - 14 DAYS 

You can return any item you do not like within 14 days of receipt. Simply e-mail us within 7 days - to let us know that it is unsuitable for you and that you would like to return it - and we will e-mail our return instructions to your E-MAIL ADDRESS. (Please make sure that we have your correct e-mail address, and that your spam filter is adjusted to accept our communications to you).

Please ensure that the item is the exact item we supplied, and that it is unused, unaltered, undamaged, and is returned with the paperwork, guarantees, cases and all other components in perfect condition. Please pack the item very carefully; making sure that the lenses of sunglasses /or the dial of the watch is protected by packaging. (Please re-cycle the original packaging materials, if possible, for this purpose).

Your refund will be the eBay item value. Please be prepared to fund the return postage yourself. We do not make a re-listing charge - so please also be prepared to participate in the eBay Cancel Transaction process  so that we can claim the sales fee back from eBay.

 B) WRONGLY DELIVERED / DAMAGED ITEMS ON RECEIPT

* If your product is defective or damaged on receipt, or if we have sent the wrong item, or if we have described the product incorrectly, please let us know as soon as possible. We will work very quickly to offer you a full refund or replacement item and we will also refund the postage costs of returning the item to us under these circumstances. (Full details are featured in our return instructions e-mail).

C) WATCHES WITH A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT : 28 DAYS  
  
Rest assured that we deal with any complaints swiftly, and conscientiously. We work closely with reputable manufacturers and suppliers. In the event of a genuine fault, we act quickly to replace or refund.
 
If your watch is delivered to you in a state fit for purpose and then subsequently develops a manufacturer's fault within 28 days of receipt, either use your guarantee or let us know about the problem by e-mail. Please do not attempt to fix any problems yourself, because you may invalidate your guarantee and / or negate your Statutory Rights. We will need the item to be returned so that it can be examined in order to determine the exact nature and cause of the fault. In the event of a genuine manufacturer's defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement item (subject to availablity), and we will also refund the postage costs of returning the item to us under these circumstances. (Full details are featured in our return instructions e-mail).
