GUARANTEES
We are authorised retailers of the items we sell, and we validate all watch guarantees with our Official Stockist Code. So, if the watch you buy from us develops a fault within 12 months from the date of purchase, you can rest assured that your guarantee is valid. Simply return the watch to the manufacturers Service Centre, (address on guarantee), where any defective part will be replaced free of charge - according to the terms and instructions featured . (Please note that guarantees do not usually cover the battery, strap, glass, or damage arising from any kind of misuse).
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We are professional, registered business sellers. We operate Statutory Rights and Distance Selling Regulations. If your item is unsuitable, just contact us straight away (by e-mail in the first instance) to let us know - and we will start the return / refund process for you.

You will not receive a strike or poor feedback from us, merely for requesting a refund. Rest assured that our refund process is managed in an honourable, respectful manner.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
A) ITEMS YOU DO NOT LIKE : 7 - 14 DAYS
You can return any item you do not like within 14 days of receipt. Simply e-mail us within 7 days - to let us know that it is unsuitable for you and that you would like to return it - and we will e-mail our return instructions to you. (Please make sure that we have your correct e-mail address, and that your spam filter is adjusted to accept our communications to you).
Please ensure that the item is the exact item we supplied, and that it is unused, unaltered, undamaged, and is returned with the paperwork, guarantees, cases and all other components in perfect condition. Please pack the item very carefully; making sure that the lenses of sunglasses /or the dial of the watch is protected by packaging. (Please re-cycle the original packaging materials, if possible, for this purpose).
Your refund will be the final eBay transaction amount. Please be prepared to fund the return postage yourself. We do not make a re-stocking charge - so please also be prepared to participate in the eBay Mutual Agreement process to terminate the transaction, so that we can claim the sale fee back from eBay. (Full details of the eBay Mutual Agreement process are included in your return instructions e-mail). If you prefer to fund the listing fees yourself rather than taking part in the eBay ‘Mutual Agreement Message’ system, let us know. We will let you know exactly how much your refund will be. It will be the transaction value – less the eBay fees for your item – minus the initial P & P charges).
