Pre-1999 Garador Mk2 Mk3, Mk3c, type 'C' & 'S/S' doors

These have a steel spring box located  above the door with wire support cables running down to rollers at the sides

The first ones were all steel without the plastic cover shown in the picture and are much harder to replace the wires on and you may be better off buying a ready charged spring unit.

If you need springs I will need the following information.

Height, Width, Style of panel, Material of panel

The wires for this system come in 3 sizes  6ft6in wide, 7ft to 8ft2in wide and 14ft wide

Mk4 and "F" type doors

Made up to 1998 they have the spring hidden inside the steel frame and they connect directly to the door, so have no lift wires.

 There are 7 strengths of this spring and I will need the following to supply the correct one. Height, Width, Style of panel, Material of panel

Retractable Door.

Lifts on arms at the side and runs back into the garage on tracks hanging from the roof or frame.

There are 2 types D.C. and D.R.

The D.C. only has tracks 2/3rds in length as the height of the door so when open 1/3rd remains outside.

The D.R. has tracks the same length as the height of the door so when open it is almost totally inside the garage.

Canopy doors 1998 to 2002

These doors have the spring each side inside white plastic covers.

All the parts I stock will have 1998 to 2002 in the description.

The bracket I show here has shown a tendency to break but I can supply a replacement

If you buy a spring I need to know the color of the bands on it and how many of them there are. The one in the photo is One Red Band
